Mr. Steve Morris

 

Steve Morris has 22 years of experience with band instruction and direction. He started the Alamance County Homeschool Band in 2003. Due to challenges facing the homeschool band and the increased need in our community, a decision was made in 2018 to incorporate community students who otherwise did not have an opportunity to learn an instrument and play in a concert band setting. To keep the acronym, ACHSB, Mr. Morris approved the name change to Alamance Community & Homeschool Band.

We practice every Monday and Thursday at Northside Presbyterian Church, 1805 Vaughn Rd, Burlington, NC 27217. Our Beginner Band meets at 5:00 pm, and our Advanced Band meets at 4:00 pm.
